The UP-Hub is led by Dr. Mor Shilon, a sociologist and an urban planner who specializes in relational theories, inclusive planning, technology and innovation, and planning methodologies. Her research focuses on diverse experiences of present-day cities, critical planning pedagogy, and on developing research methods to advance inclusive planning research and practice.

Haven Lo
Haven Lo is a student in UC San Diego's Urban Studies and Planning Department, working with Dr. Shilon at the UP-Hub to investigate urban injustices and uncertainties. They also currently work as a researcher at the UCSD Homelessness Hub.
